Sick..

Have been falling sick recently... Feeling feverish these few days..
Have to keep myself discipline in order to get well soon.

1. No heaty food for me
2. No heaty fruits like durian..
3. Eat porridge or noodle soup
4. Eat medicine regularly
5. Drink more water and fruits.. (not heaty ones i mean..)
6. Have enough sleep
7. Exercise? Omg.. I am damn lazy lo.. (joined a gym and paid 1000+++ but nv go, waste $$ right? Haiz..)
8. What else??

I wana get well realli soon!! =)
